It may take Windows a few moments to renumber the adapter.

When this has been completed, the window shown in Figure 86 is

displayed.

6. Select or enter the correct VLAN ID. This VLAN ID is determined by

the system administrator; please contact the administrator for the

correct VLAN information. For this example, we will se the VLAN ID

to 2 then select OK.

The window shown in Figure 87 is displayed.

A new Local Area Connection appears under Current VLANs. The

connection number may vary depending on your system.

7. Select OK.

8. From the Local Area Connection Properties window, select OK.
