4. To create a port trunk using ports 1 and 2, select the first option in the menu and enter
“1-2”. To create a port trunk using ports 3 and 4, select the second option in the menu
and enter “3-4”.
The port trunk is immediately available for use.
For instructions on how to create a port trunk using ports on an expansion module, refer to
Chapter 3 in the AT-S26 Version 2.0.1 User’s Guide.
• IGMP Snooping and VIDs
When IGMP snooping is disabled, the AT-S26 software supports VID numbers 2 through
4096. When IGMP snooping is enabled, the management software supports VID numbers 2
through 2047.
• Quality of Service and Flow Control on AT-9006T 100M Ports
The Quality of Service and flow control features are disabled on an AT-9006T port when the
port is operating at 100 Mbps. Head or Line Blocking (HOLB) is automatically enabled when
a port operates at 100 Mbps.
• Supported MIBs
Version 2.0.1 supports the following MIBs:
RFC 1213 (MIB-2)
RFC 1215 (Trap MIB)
RFC 1493 (Bridge MIB)
RFC 1573 (Interface Group MIB)
RFC 1643 (Ethernet-like MIB)
Private MIB (FSTSWITCH.MIB, AT-IF.MIB)
• Statistics Counters
The RMON statistic counters do not include packets with errors, such as CRC errors,
fragments, and jabbers. Also, the multicast transmit counter is incremented by flooding
unicast traffic. Additionally, the SNMP InErrors counter MIB object does not include
fragments.
• Long Frame Counter
This counter erroneously includes packets of 1523 to 1536 bytes in size.
• Terminal Configuration Menu
The following options have been removed from the Terminal Configuration Menu:
VT100-compatible/ANSI
Generic “dumb” terminal
